La cérémonie officielle du célèbre Guide Michelin aura lieu le 18 mars prochain.
Mais on sait déjà quels restaurants perdent ou conservent leurs étoiles cette année.
Le Val d'Auge, à Bondues, et Le Nature à Armentières (1 étoile chacun) ont été rétrogradés.
Il en reste 5 en métropole lilloise : le ROZO (Marcq-en-Baroeul), l'Arborescence (Croix), le Pureté, La Table et Le Cerisier (Lille).
